COVID-19 Restrictions: An additional 2-3 business days may be added to the entire process.

Shipping
All orders will arrive within 3 business days of item being shipped; unless weather intervenes. If weather has caused a delay in your order, you will be directly notified and updated accordingly.

You will receive an e-mail with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Once an item has been dropped off with USPS to be shipped, it is no longer the responsibility of HenJa Hair. All orders come with the standard insurance of $50 via USPS; additional insurance can be purchased. Please e-mail us immediately after placing your order if you would like to increase your insurance amount; additional charges will apply. (Any package issues that may arise will need to be handled directly through USPS.)
